Ken Hazen is President and CEO of CTSI-Global. Since acquiring the 25 year-old company in 1982, it has grown from a small but reliable freight audit and payment operation into a global supply chain solutions provider. Under Ken's leadership, starting with the purchase of the company’s first computer in 1983, the company's investments in emerging technology have helped it to become a logistics industry leader. As a native Memphian, Ken grew up in one of the country’s leading logistics hubs, graduating from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in 1975, building a successful career in industrial sales and forming a transportation consulting company before his work with CTSI-Global. Ken has co-authored two books, The Role of Transportation in the Supply Chain and The Role of Freight Bill Payment and Transportation Management Information in the Supply Chain Industry. The company was named to the Inc. 500 in 1988 and earned the Blue Chip Enterprise Award in 1990, which named Ken to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council. One of his proudest honors was being chosen as one of 100 graduates chosen to represent the University of Memphis as its “Centennial Class” in 2012. Ken has years of service to the University of Memphis, St. Agnes Academy–St. Dominic School, regional Catholic Charities, and many other worthwhile organizations.
J. Kenneth Hazen
Chief Executive OfficerKevin Beall is Chief Information Security Officer. He previously held the roles of Chief Technology Officer; Vice President of Business, Insight, & Analytics; Assistant Vice President of Client Services; and other technical roles. His previous career experience includes working at carriers Schneider and J.B. Hunt. Kevin studied Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Auburn University.
Kevin Beall
Chief Information Security OfficerDonal Brennan joined CTSI-Global in 2006 with extensive knowledge in transportation and logistics, years of industry experience within the freight forwarding community in Ireland and the UK. In recent years, he was involved in many VMI projects for multinational companies in Ireland and the UK as well as the sourcing of raw materials from China. Donal's background includes providing consultancy work in reducing freight costs, identifying logistics opportunities and improving supply chain processes within many organizations. Donal is responsible for CTSI-Global's EMEA operations and is a key player in supporting our global clients.
Donal Brennan
VP, EMEA Operations & Global ProjectsKristy Brown has over 40 years of experience in logistics, project and operational management, process improvement, finance, and long-term strategic planning. Kristy oversees worldwide freight payment production operations and holds the title of EVP Freight Payment Operations, AS/400 Operations, & EDI Services. She joined CTSI-Global as a Financial Analyst where she provided executive support directly to the President and was later promoted to VP of Human Resources. During her tenure at CTSI-Global, Kristy has served as VP of Implementations and Quality Assurance and VP of Special Projects before VP of Freight Payment Operations. She and her staff are responsible for the efficient, accurate and timely processing and audit of freight invoices. Kristy holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Memphis.

EVP, Freight Payment Operations, AS/400 Operations, & EDI ServicesSpencer Gore was named Chief Technology Officer of CTSI-Global in 2026. Prior to this appointment, he excelled as Vice President, Operations Excellence, where he created the CTSI-Global PMO. Previously, he worked as Director of Business Analysis, Client Services Manager, and Accounts Manager, for a tenure of 13 years before his CTO appointment. Spencer earned a B.B.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia and a Master's of Management Information Systems from Georgia College & State University.

Chief Technology OfficerJay Hazen was named Chief Ventures Officer in 2026 to provide strategic leadership in global and financial ventures. He served as Chief Operating Officer of CTSI-Global from 2014-26, where he oversaw the company’s global operations and international expansion. Prior to his appointment as COO, he worked extensively in and consulted on CTSI-Global internal operations and international development, gaining comprehensive expertise in the business. Jay earned a B.A. in Political Economy from Tulane University and an M.B.A. in Global Supply Chain Management from the Daniels College of Business in Denver.

Chief Ventures OfficerSubramani Krishnamoorthy has acquired in-depth knowledge of logistics and freight payment operations with CTSI-Global since 1998. He has worked extensively over nearly 40 years years in multiple areas of information technology including Mainframe, Midrange, Unix, Oracle, Ingres, and AS/400. Previously at Coats Viyella (UK) / Madura Coats, a leader in the textile industry located in Bangalore with a chain of locations, Mani handled many application areas including manufacturing, logistics, transportation, accounting, stocks, payroll, time office and retail sales systems in addition to major projects for Mascon Global in Chennai and Chicago. Subramani holds his Master's in Economics and Statistics from Indian University.
Mani Krishnamoorthy
VP, IT Freight Payment OperationsLucille Lepez joined CTSI-Global in 2010 to focus on our international expansion and is now Vice President for the APAC and EMEA regions. She has been focusing on adapting our services, building international teams and creating new processes to support CTSI-Global as a true freight audit leader in these regions. Lucille has 15 years of experience in global projects, process optimization, business development, and local compliance. Prior to CTSI- Global, Lucille had been working and studying in Singapore, France, US, the UK and working in client services, sales, and marketing with large organizations such as Toshiba. Her education includes a Master’s in Management at Audencia Business School and a Bachelor of Law at the University of Lille.

VP, APAC & EMEA OperationsJosh Miller joined CTSI-Global in 2000. Since that time, Josh has served as Audit Manager, TMS Product Manager and Director of TMS before promotion to Vice President of TMS in 2009. Prior to joining CTSI-Global, he spent three years as a Logistics Analyst for NexAir. Josh earned a B.S. degree with a concentration in Business Management from Christian Brothers University. Josh has been a key player in the growth and expansion of CTSI-Global. His focus is on optimizing TMS supply chain solutions in order to provide excellent value and service to our global customers.
Josh Miller
VP, SalesManish Rajagopalan has over 25 years of industry experience. Manish has worked as Project Manager in multiple domains for the past decade and has vast experience in multinational implementations, logistics and transportation, vendor contracts, client management, global procurement, facilities and administration, and personnel and office management. His strong organizational, operational and leadership skills have earned him accolades from past employers such as Hewlett-Packard, Dell, and Wipro. He holds an Undergraduate Degree in Commerce from the University of Madras and Post-Graduate Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
Manish Rajagopalan
VP of Operations, South AsiaArt Saisuphaluck has been a driving force in technology innovation and enterprise architecture for over two decades. Since joining the company in 2001, he has held key technical leadership roles—including VP of Enterprise Architecture, Director of Enterprise Architecture, and Solutions Architect—before stepping into the CIO role in 2023. With broad hands-on expertise spanning software development, cloud and on-premise infrastructure, networking, and DevOps, Art plays a central role in shaping tech strategy. He leads modernization efforts across platforms and collaborates closely across departments to align technical initiatives with business goals. Art is a strong advocate for mentorship and continuous learning, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within his teams. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University.

Chief Information OfficerBrian Scott was instrumental in developing the CTSI-Global TMS, lending his logistics operational experience to the development team. He joined CTSI-Global in 1998 to lead the audit department following a five-year tenure with BMG Music as a Transportation Manager. He was promoted to Director of Consulting in 2002 and Vice President, TMS & Consulting in 2006 before taking on his current role. Brian holds a B.S. in Industrial Management with a concentration in Logistics from Clemson University.
Brian Scott
EVP, Global SalesMichele Vernola is recognized as a pioneer of the parcel spend management field. Her career of over 3 decades began at FedEx in roles including worldwide sales and strategic pricing management. Later, she transitioned to the private consulting sector specializing in parcel cost reduction. Through her parcel contract negotiation expertise, she has successfully saved hundreds of millions of dollars for shippers over the years. While serving as the Executive Vice President of MCG Logistics, she began working with CTSI-Global in 2015 through a strategic partnership. In 2025, Michele joined the team as Vice President of the newly specialized Parcel Spend Management division. She holds a B.B.A. from California State University Fullerton. Michele is passionate about parcel strategy and building relationships with clients.

VP, Parcel Spend ManagementMarly Hazen Ynigues designs logistics strategy with an eye toward the CTSI-Global brand voice and long-term goals. Before she was named Chief Transformation Officer in 2026, Marly developed branding and communications as VP of Global Marketing and related roles since 2010. She initiated rebrands from CTSI to CTSI-Global and TMS to Honeybee TMS. In addition to logistics, Marly is passionate about connecting people through public service, having held positions as a city councilor and a member of a public transit authority board. She earned her B.A. in History with minors in Global Studies and Behavioral Sciences from Christian Brothers University. She earned her M.A. in History from the University of Memphis. She is presently working on her M.B.A. from CBU and has achieved her Certificate in Strategic Thinking and Change Management.
