How to register as a carrier

CTSI-Global provides clients and carriers access to invoice and payment statuses at all times. To obtain a username and password, please provide the following information for online freight bill inquiry access. Contact carriersupport@ctsi-global.com if you have any questions.

For a successful registration, see these notes:

  • Phone Number: your company phone number
  • Email-Address: a company email address where we can send login credentials
  • Address: the address of your company remittance information
  • CTSI-Global Client Name: the CTSI-Global client that advised you to send your invoices to CTSI-Global for processing
  • Sample Invoice Number: an invoice number / PRO number that has been paid by CTSI-Global to verify SCAC
